Studies conducted and reports generated from these studies are forward-looking, concentrating on desirable and feasible conditions for environmental resource mitigation and enhancement, as well as optimum power production. These reports were submitted to the FERC on July 15, 2005 as Appendix I of the PDEA with the UARP Application for New License.
