Management System Design Generalized Management System Manual

This document presents a generalized management system that can be adapted to a variety of environmental management needs in the Lake Tahoe Basin. The generalized process described here is a template. Resource managers will work with scientists to modify this template to include specific information and operations for any program or issue that will operate with a formal continual improvement and adaptive management process. The analysis and citations related to the development of this system are documented in the companion Tahoe Management System Design Technical Report.
